Christy OrlandoMarketing ManagerChris and Ricki's oldest daughter, Christy has helped grow 1st Rate since 2015 after working as a special-education aide. She and her husband Dustin have three kids and love getting to know the families they serve.
Candie GonzalesClient Care CoordinatorCandie helps clients schedule their inspections and feel taken care of through the whole process, with a positive, welcoming attitude in every interaction. Her greatest joy is time with her grandkids, she is a devoted Houston Astros fan, and her faith in Jesus shapes how she serves others. She considers being part of the 1st Rate family a blessing.
Tori LangeClient Care CoordinatorChris and Ricki's youngest daughter, Tori is a certified Mold Assessment Technician and Pool and Spa Operator, with InterNACHI coursework in thermal imaging and fire safety. Off the clock she is with her daughter Ashlynn and family, usually outdoors.
