Nick worked as a maintenance technician at a local apartment complex for 3 years, learning general maintenance. Nick decided that he was ready to find his niche and decided he wanted to be a home inspector. Nick completed his Real estate inspection training through ATI and joined the 1st Rate Inspection family in October 2021. Nick currently holds his termite technician license through the TDA and has also received Sewer Scope training and certification through United Infrared. He also has his pool inspection certification as well. In his spare time, Nick enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as playing video games. Nick is the husband to Ashley and the dad to a beautiful red-headed 3-year-old Penelope.
