Eligio, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a former home insurance inspector, joined 1st Rate Inspections in 2017. He enjoys helping Texans buy their dream homes & provide them with valuable information to make informed choices. In addition, Eligio enjoys family camping trips, biking, and hiking when not inspecting. Eligio’s InterNACHI and TREC credentials allow him to perform various tasks related to the building industry. He primarily makes sure that properties are safe for residents and fit with local building codes in his day-to-day job. In addition, he is experienced in mold-sampling, termite inspections, & infrared scans. He is also a certified pool inspector.
