Dustin worked in the construction industry under his Fathers supervision for several years, learning general construction trade practices and becoming Stucco and EIFS installation certified.  Dustin went on to work in the oil field for 15 years, traveling the world overseeing international subsea projects.  Dustin completed Real estate inspection training through ATI and Joined the 1st Rate Inspections family in 2020.  Dustin currently holds his termite technician license through the TDA and has also received Sewer Scope training and certification through United Infrared. Dustin is Certified in level 1 Stucco conformance inspections and level 2 Invasive stucco inspections. Dustin is also a Continuing Education Instructor with TREC to Teach Realtors several subjects related to the Inspection industry.  In his spare time, Dustin enjoys camping, hunting, and turning wrenches on small projects.  Dustin is the husband to Christy Orlando and father to Dylan, Carson, and Carly Orlando.
