Daniel came to 1st Rate Inspections in 2021 after working in the Oil & Gas Industry.  He acquired his Professional Home Inspector License in 2021.  Daniel served in the United States Army and has been married to his loving wife, Brittani since 2019.  They have 2 daughters Audree and Everleigh and a son, Layton. They have 2 dogs named Ivanka and Bradley.  Daniel holds a Termite Technician License through the TDA and has a Certification in performing Sewer Scopes.  Daniel is also a Continuing Education Instructor with TREC who teaches Realtors important subjects related to Home Inspections.  He is a member of INTERNACHI and is taking courses to further his knowledge of his craft. In his down time, Daniel likes to spend time with his family and friends, hunt, and watch his favorite NFL team the Dallas Cowboys.  Daniel has been a family friend to the Lange’s for over 15 years and uses his friendly, approachable demeanor to help his clients understand the inspection process from start to finish.
